Term Loan for individual to support purchasing/building /renovate residential property.
Benefit
- Long repayment period (maximum tenor up to 25years) with low interest rate.
- Loan limit is allowed up to 70% of the property’s value.
- The borrower can pay down principal of the loan without any charge.

- LAK, THB, USD (depending on currency of borrowers’ income)
